The new Resort comprises Beachfront facilities (east side of Pacific Parade) and Palms facilities (west side of Pacific Parade).

The Beachfront accommodates reception, multiple restaurants, Bar, 4 pools, and 105 accommodation units including 79 with dual key arrangement. There is a total of 184 keys.
Palms accommodates the function Facility with a 400m2 auditorium, pool and 21 accommodation units, all with dual key arrangement. There is a total of 42 keys.
A day spa will be accommodated within the Beachfront site.
The Resort has 160 cars spaces provided by way of basement parking. This will minimise the number of cars that park on the surrounding streets.
The building height is generally four storeys with 4 accommodation pods rising to a fifth storey.
The 400m2 function facility can accommodate 225 max sit-down or 400 max stand-up.
The total forecast investment into the development of the new resort is $70m.
